at the 33rd annual Muscoda Mushroom Festival.
Muscoda, the Morel Mushroom Capital of Wisconsin, is a picturesque community located along the lower Wisconsin River in southwest Wisconsin. A great day trip, you can savor the flavor of the locally produced cheese, wine and morel microbrew beer. Enjoy the festivities that includes chain saw carvings, a custom car show, art and craft show, and flea market. Take a scenic tour of the area by helicopter or drive along the Wisconsin
River to geocach, visit the Ancient Indian Burial grounds and check out the local wineries. On Saturday evening, visitors can enjoy the fireworks over the Wisconsin River and on Sunday, a parade will go down the village main street.
